Policing Lordswood
Hello, I am Pc Gavin Nicholls one of three neighbourhood officers policing the Lordswood area.
I work alongside PCSO James Bateman and Rachel Delahay to help keep you safe, address any concerns you may have and work with our partners and local residents to make a positive difference in the area.
Antisocial behaviour is a concern for some residents in Lordswood and it is with this in mind we have recently taken part in a number of initiatives to tackle the issue. This has included a clean-up day at the Kestrel shops and a drop-in surgery at the ‘Soapbox’ which allowed people to talk to us on a one-to-one basis about nuisance crime in their neighbourhood.
Listening to local people gives us a better understanding of the real issues faced by residents and I believe that by working together we can make a real difference in Lordswood.
